Hailey brings over 15 years of experience in the banking industry to her role as Vice President of Firm & Client Services. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, she plays a critical role in keeping our internal processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Hailey studied at Dixie College in St. George, Utah, and Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah. She and her husband moved to Fruita in 2004 and enjoyed raising their three sons in the Grand Valley.

A lifelong learner and history enthusiast, Hailey has a particular passion for American history.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys hiking and walking, reading non-fiction, and spending time exploring new places. She’s a fan of bookstores, true-crime documentaries, In-n-Out Burger, and is loyal to the organic sourdough from Kulina Lani Sourdough on North Avenue—it’s the only bread she’ll eat!
