Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated CPA or CPA candidate with 3–7 years of experience to join our team. This full-time role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and fiduciaries, as well as providing tax planning, consulting, and business advisory services. Additional responsibilities include financial statement preparation, work review, and managerial accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong tax background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers the potential for future partnership, contingent on long-term performance, leadership, and contributions to the firm’s growth.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to a diverse client base.
• Assist with business consulting and advising clients on financial strategies.
• Prepare and review financial statements and perform financial/managerial accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with an active CPA license (or CPA candidate).
• Experience:
  • 3–7 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Strong tax background is essential, with experience in:
    • Individual tax preparation.
    • Business tax preparation.
    • Fiduciary tax preparation.
  • Financial or managerial accounting experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
