Key Responsibilities
The Client Services Specialist serves as the face of PBG Advisors, responsible for managing client relationships and supporting their needs during tax preparation and advisory engagements. This role focuses on fostering client advocacy, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting partners and staff by managing client service activities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong personal relationships with clients, prioritizing client satisfaction and proactive communication.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their tax and financial engagements with our firm. Greet clients warmly, addressing their questions, concerns, and complaints promptly while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Portal Management: Assist clients with the Portal, including account setup, password resets, document uploads and downloads, and troubleshooting.
- Process Coordination: Collaborate with partners and staff to coordinate client service activities, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards and timelines.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear, organized client records and provide consistent updates on the status of their projects.
- Process Management: Manage clients experience from beginning to end, explain processes clearly, maintain deadlines, and recognize needs we can meet.

- Experience:
- Previous client service or administrative experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial or tax-related industries is a plus.
