Director of Business Services

Charlotte has been an integral part of the firm since July 2017. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ottawa University in 2020 and is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

In her current role, Charlotte is a key resource for our business clients, providing knowledgeable, responsive support in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and day-to-day accounting matters. She works closely with clients throughout the year, answering a wide range of tax and accounting questions and ensuring they feel confident and informed in their financial decisions.

Charlotte is one of our go-to QuickBooks experts. She assists clients with setup, cleanup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, helping them maintain accurate records and efficient systems. Her attention to detail and organizational skills keep both our clients and our internal team on track and operating smoothly.

Charlotte is passionate about helping business owners succeed and takes pride in delivering dependable, high-quality service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, Nathanael and Gabriel, and pursuing a variety of hobbies and activities.
